Family Farm Engagement // Zak + Darryl

I live for a beautiful family farm engagement. You can’t find all that radiance in most public parks. From open fields, deer in the far off distance, and walks to visit the horses it's a dream come true. Zak and Darryl found me from Blystone Farm. We didn’t get much time prior to their engagement session to chat. Although when we finally met it felt like we’ve been friends for years.

Getting to visit the locations my couples love is by far my favorite part of every session. Whether it’s a Family Farm Engagement or an Ice Cream Shop Wedding Anniversary, being able to capture your story where your heart sings is where I want to be.

We got into the golf cart and they took me around the family farm that they live at and showed me a couple of their favorite spots. They were a super cool couple! Darryl looked absolutely stunning in that red dress. Zak looked at her with so much love in his eyes I was melting from the sweetness pouring from these two.

This was hands down one the most stunning fall sunsets on the farm; we saw a lot of deer and some of their horses as they gave me the tour.

These two had so much fun. They chased each other around the field playing tag. I love helping my couples feel comfortable and to be able to just let go and be themselves. Every engagement session should be just like that. I made sure we had time to crack a beer and celebrate an amazing day.

Hanging out with my couples and get to know them during their engagement session is my absolute favorite. I want to be able to not only create beautiful images for you but also to be able to sit back and crack a beer with you.
