Dan and Harmony put so much love and focus on making sure their big day was 100% planned around what meant the most to them. From family, friends, and locations that told their love story and spoke to their heart, it was so heartfelt.

They found me on Facebook. They shared with me that they wanted to focus on the little details of their special day. I was so excited to help them capture each precious moment. The wedding day was celebrated at Grace Brethren Chapel in Gibsonburg, Ohio. There was still a chill in the air and everyone was in celebration mode being just after the holidays. They each got ready in their church with loved ones.
We went back to the spot where Dan proposed for their first look. It was such a special way for Dan to see Harmony in her beautiful wedding dress right in the same place where it all started.
After their first look there were lots of pre-celebrations with their wedding party and family taking portraits. Despite it being in January here in Ohio there was so much greenery. It was absolutely gorgeous and so nice being able to explore the nearby woods for their portraits. You never know what kind of weather we will get here in Ohio so to have this magical woodland location was a dream.
Harmony had a first look and first dance with her father before the ceremony. It was a really special moment.
As everyone found their seats for the ceremony Dan’s brothers got up and sang to him. It was all of these little moments leading up to the ceremony that really set up their special day and you could feel the love in the air. They said “I do” in front of a beautiful wood alter. It was happily ever after as they celebrated with family and friends.
